Warren Road Primary School

Warren Road Primary School is a large school of over 700 pupils. The school was first opened in 1939 and since then has thrived with a swimming pool, a new canteen and three complexes that have been added in the last 20 years. Warren Road's colours are now green and white but were, originally, dark red with a green badge representing the emblem and motto of the County of Kent. The head teacher is Mrs S Meckiff.

Further education

* Orpington College is a further education college. It is affiliated with the University of Greenwich and Canterbury Christ Church University. Orpington College is the tallest building in Orpington, and was built in 1972.
