Behkri

Behkri is a village located four kilometers outside chakwal city on chakwal-rawalpindi road. Almost the whole village consists of mair-minhas, which makes it one of the major concentrations of the minhas tribe in district chakwal. The suburbs are rapidly developing pointing to the fact that it might mingle to the main city population sooner or later. A recent development has been getting the status of a model village by the efforts of Lt. Gen. Jamil Haider (DG Artillery), a prominent sapoot of the village.
