The song is about relationship trouble, describing a situation in which a couple is fighting and one partner says something out of anger that she later regrets, wanting her partner to return. February 21 . It was confirmed as a single in aFebruary 25 interview with "Total Request Live " and by her official website, which called it the album's "first official single". February 27 , Simpson said that she envisioned the song'smusic video having a "Sliding Doors ", "Eternal Sunshine" effect".
