Music video

The first music video was released September 11, 2007, along with all the other album's videos (there was a video made for each song on the album). Then, since the video didn't work out for Tankian, he and director Tony Petrossian made an official video for "Sky Is Over", released on January 16, 2008.

The music video starts with Tankian playing a white piano in the middle of the street. Then he gets up from it and walks around and eventually picks up an eraser. Then he literally starts "erasing" the sky out. He throws the eraser far away after and walks to another black piano to play the last note. Then it is revealed that he wrote "Civilization Is Over". The entire video was shot in one take. At the end of the video it has the web address for the "Sky Is Over" website. On YouTube, it has parts one and two of "The Making of Sky Is Over".
