  • October 1, 2005 Renamed as Meritz Fire & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd.
  • October 7, 2005 Company headquarter relocated to Meritz Tower in Gangnam, Southeastern Seoul
  • November 24, 2005 Acquired Meritz Securities Company as subsidiary
