It is the lead single from McCartney's third studio album "Departure" (May 20, 2008), and it was sent to the U.S. mainstream radios on March 10 2008.

Release

The single was released on iTunes on April 22, 2008. The single has since reached number 2 on iTunes Top Songs.The single is currently available on the UK iTunes. The UK release of the single has been said to be released on June 9, 2008, according to Jesse's Official UK Site (www.jesse-mccartney.co.uk) followed by his album "Departure" on June 16, 2008. The UK download has been released via 7digital and the music video is currently receiving heavy airplay on music video channels across the UK.

On August 26, 2008, an acoustic version of the song was made available on iTunes and other outlets. The acoustic version was sung by Jesse with Rich Berra of the Johnjay and Rich Morning Show, a radio show broadcast across Arizona, Portland and Colorado Springs. Proceeds from the downloads benefitted the radio duo's Christmas Wish Foundation or CWF.

It has sold over 2 million copies, becoming Jesse's best selling single.

It begins with Jesse and a girl, played by model Niki Huey, [ [http://itsaguything.wordpress.com/2008/05/30/you-know-whos-hot/ niki huey interview] ] sitting in chairs opposite each other. Jesse is wearing an unbuttoned shirt and she is wearing a long-sleeved shirt and panties. After staring at each other, the girl gets up and climbs suggestively onto Jesse's lap. The second verse has Jesse wearing only pants and the girl's wearing a bra and underwear, rolling around, frolicking on a mattress. The video ends with Jesse and the girl kissing in a car. Throughout the chorus, Jesse is shown in a bluish-white room.

On YouTube, the video has had 15,272,696 views.

The video was too explicit to be played on Disney Channel, unlike his other videos.

Critical reception

Chart performance

The song debuted at #14 on the Billboard Hot 100, and in its second week rose to #10 becoming McCartney's biggest chart hit in the United States to date.
