Teresa "Resa" Folchart is a fictional character in the "Inkworld" trilogy by Cornelia Funke. She is the wife of Mortimer Folchart and the mother of Meggie.

Teresa was plunged into the pages of the fictional novel "Inkheart" nine years before the story began. She was read out of Inkheart by Capricorn's clumsy reader, Darius, and lost her voice as a result of his stuttering. However, her voice returned when she was read back into "Inkheart" by another reader, Orpheus.

There is some debate over the correct spelling of her given name. In "Inkheart", her name, as Meggie recalls it, is "Teresa". But in "Inkspell", the name is swiched to "Theresa".

Teresa will be portrayed by Sienna Guillory in the upcoming film adaptation of "Inkheart".
