"Inside the Tide and the Tigers" is a 30 minute sports show that airs on Fridays during college football season at 10:10 CT on WNCF. The show focuses on the American football teams of the University of Alabama and Auburn University. WNCF's Sports Director, Adam Bagni, is the host. Former WAKA sports anchor Rob Mickler is the analyst.

Previous hosts included KWWL's Bryan Goettel and KCEN's David Wilkinson.

Format

The format of the show typically begins with highlights from the previous week's games and analysis. Later there are interviews with the players and coaches, with the show concluding with picks by the analyst.

In 2008, a special edition of the show entitled "Inside the Crimson Tide" aired prior to the Alabama/Clemson game. The show was broadcast from the Bear Bryant Museum in Tuscaloosa.
