Emeon Technologies Inc., or Emeon, is a privately-held think tank co-founded by MIT graduate students in 2005. Emeon Technologies is headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts and currently has offices in Cambridge, Denver, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Its primary services are in the software development arena. Emeon Technologies focuses on software development in the financial, engineering, and entertainment sectors. Their primary business is through the development and implementation of algorithmic trading systems. They also provide consulting services in engineering product design and development.

More recently they have expanded into the entertainment sector, developing the unique strategy game Legend of Empires. This game takes advantage of the popular online social network phenomenon to develop a revolutionary recruitment tool for major corporations. Legend of Empires allows players to compete in a simulated corporate environment where they can choose to be a CEO, Investor, or Inventor. The players are ranked based on their performance, providing perspective employers with an important assessment of candidates' potential.
