Australian rules footballer who played for East Perth in the WANFL and North Melbourne in the VFL. He represented Western Australia at interstate football on six occasions.Kelly played mostly as a wingman but was also used as times on the ball and started his career in 1975 at East Perth. He won
Sandover Medal s in both 1978 and 1979 to become the only East Perth player afterGraham Farmer to have won the award back to back. In 1978 he was also a member of their premiership side. North Melbourne acquired his services in 1981 and he remained with them for five seasons.References
