White Owl Winery is a commercial winery located in Lawrence County near Birds, Illinois. It was founded in 2000 by Brian, Joy, Ken, and Pat Neighbors. The winery focuses on fruit wines such as Cherry Pie, Spiced Pear, Elderberry, Paw Paw, and Persimmon. Their Paw Paw wine is the only one commercially produced in the world. They also make traditional grape wines such as Merlot, Chardonnay, Vidal Blanc, Snowy White, and Traminetteas, as well as sparkling wines.
