Skopski pazar AD Skopje is one of the 50 most successful and largest companies by revenue in the Republic of Macedonia.

History and Growth

The Skopski pazar company was founded in 1952. Its beginnings are connected with taking care and functioning of the city markets. But as years passed by, the company entered into new business, by expanding in trade it becomes one of the most successful in the Republic of Macedonia. Today Skopski pazar AD Skopje manages 16 green and 1 livestock markets and a retail trade chain of 17 supermarkets, two catering facilities, beauty center, textile shop, two furniture shops, export customs terminal and business facilities with space of 45.000 sq. m. But, although the company owns significant property, they emphasize that the key of success are primary the 625 employees, in which is invested continually. The success in retail trade is supplemented by constant offering of something new - price discounts, award games, promotions, which makes the buying in the company's markets the amusing one.

The markets, i.e. the services in the markets were the central activity in the company Skopski Pazar AD Skopje until recently. The company manages 16 vegetable and fruit markets and 1 livestock market.

Retail

The trade activity is now the biggest activity of the company. At the moment, the company Skopski Pazar AD has at its disposal 5 modern supermarkets under the name [SP market] , 14 discounts under the name [Maxi D] , 4 groceries under the name Bonus Plus, 2 furniture shops, textile shop, and a beauty center Unique.
