Lady Caroline Margaret Montagu-Douglas-Scott (7 November 1927 – 17 October 2004), later Caroline Margaret Gilmour, was the youngest daughter of Walter Montagu-Douglas-Scott, 8th Duke of Buccleuch and Mary Montagu-Douglas-Scott, Duchess of Buccleuch and Queensberry. She was the sister of John Scott, 9th Duke of Buccleuch.

After her marriage 10 July 1951 to Ian Gilmour, Baron Gilmour of Craigmillar she took the name Gilmour. Their wedding was attended by several members of the British Royal Family, including Queen Mary. They lived in Isleworth, and had four sons and one daughter. February 22, 1974, Lady Caroline Gilmour launched HMS Cardiff (D108).
