KTBU-TV (known on-air as Houston's 55 or occasionally as TV55 or 55 The Tube) is the only owned and operated America One affiliate. It is located in the Greater Houston area broadcasting on one of two channels assigned to Conroe, Texas, the other being KPXB.

The station signed on in 1998 and was originally owned by the Osteen Family of Lakewood Church. The station aired limited religious programming despite this previous ownership.

KTBU-TV airs religious, general entertainment, and local programming. Despite being the network's only O&O, they only air a select number of America One programs. Since 2007 they are the official channel of the Houston Dynamo. In June of 2008, the Houston Cougars football team announced a deal with ISP Sports to exclusively broadcast "Cougar Gameday" on KTBU.
