Kodi Burns (born December 24, 1988) [cite web |url=http://auburntigers.cstv.com/sports/m-footbl/mtt/burns_kodi00.html |title=Kodi Burns Bio] is an American football quarterback for the Auburn University Tigers football team. He was a key contributor for the Tigers in 2007. While he entered the 2008 season expecting to inherit the starting quarterback role from Brandon Cox, he is currently backing up Texas Tech transfer Chris Todd.

Burns scored two touchdowns in the 2007 Chick-fil-A Bowl to help lift Auburn to a 23-20 overtime victory over Clemson.

As a high school senior in 2006, Burns accounted for 2,738 yards 36 touchdowns, rushing and passing. He was named All-State by the Arkansas Activities Association and was ranked as the nation's #8 "Dual-Threat" quarterback by Rivals.com.
