Andrés Bustamante (el güiri güiri) is a Mexican
comedian , who works atTV Azteca , and dubbed the voices ofMike Wazowski , in the filmMonsters, Inc. Although he is a freelance artist, his most known body of TV work has been with TV Azteca (previously State-owned Imevision). His work include children's show "Los Cuentos del Espejo", and mutli-character sketch format shows "Entre Amigos", "Sin Tornillos" and "El Güiri Güiri". It was the latter that made him popular among the Mexican TV viewers.
He is known for the variety of his characters, among them
Ponchito , El Dr. Chung-Ga, Horacio Cascarín, Pepino Moretoni, and has authored two books: "¿Y yo por que?" (Why me?) and "¿Por que yo no?" (Why not me).According to some polls he is considered the best contemporary Mexican comic, and is second only to
