Bryntirion Athletic F.C. are a Welsh football team based out of Bridgend. They currently play in the Welsh Football League First Division. During the 1980s the club groundshared with local rivals Bridgend Town F.C.. The land for Bryntirion Park was bought in 1996 and a full drainage system and clubhouse was completed by 2000.

The club had progressed through the South Wales Amateur league during the 90's and has become a club close to competing in the Welsh Premier League.
