The Roman Catholic Diocese of Kagoshima (Latin: Kagoshimaen(sis), Japanese: カトリック鹿児島教区) is a diocese located in the city of Kagoshima in the Ecclesiastical province of Nagasaki 長崎 in Japan.

History

• March 18, 1927: Established as Apostolic Prefecture of Kagoshima from the Diocese of Nagasaki
• February 25, 1955: Promoted as Diocese of Kagoshima
