Robert Blair Kaiser (born 1930) is an American author and journalist, best known for his writing on the
Catholic Church .As a correspondent for "
Time Magazine ", he won the Overseas Press Club's Ed Cunningham Award in 1962 for the "best magazine reporting from abroad" for his reporting on theSecond Vatican Council ref_num|web1|1.Two of his eleven published books deal with Vatican II: "Pope, Council and World", and "The Politics of Sex and Religion". His latest books include "A Church in Search of Itself: Benedict XVI and the Battle for the Future" and a new (rewritten) edition of "R.F.K. Must Die! Chasing the Mystery of the Robert Kennedy Assassination". He is the editor-in-chief of the online Journal, Just Good Company.
