Pandion is an HTA application, which means that it uses
HTML andJavaScript to make up its interface and backend. This makes Pandion partly open source, except for the application loader.As of spring 2008, Pandion must be considered
abandonware . There hasn't been any release in two years, and the developers are not present in the community for the same time. Most new topics in the web forum are spam.
