La Chapelle-Bertrand is a village and "commune" in the Poitou-Charentes "région" of France. It is situated some 7km south-east of the town of Parthenay.

La Chapelle-Bertrand is within the "département" of Deux-Sèvres, the "arrondissement" of Parthenay, and the "canton" of Parthenay. The commune of La Chapelle-Bertrand has joined together with five neighbouring communes to establish the "communauté de communes" of Parthenay which provides a framework within which local tasks are carried out together.
