"Sugar Daddy" was a successful hit single for Motown quintet The Jackson 5 in late 1971. The song's subject matter involves a young man whose girlfriend is using him for material purposes only, while she gives her love to another man.

The song, which peaked at #3 on the R&B singles chart and #10 on the pop singles chart in the beginning of 1972, was one of the Jackson 5 hits produced by The Corporation: Berry Gordy, Jr., Freddie Perren, Alphonzo Mizell, and Deke Richards. The Corporation broke up in 1972, leaving the Jackson brothers to work with other songwriters.

It was the only new song featured on the group's first greatest hits LP, which was released in December 1971.
