Woody Clark

Woodrow “Woody” Clark II is a Senior Fellow at the Milken Institute and an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University. He holds a PhD from University of California, Berkeley and is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University.

Clark is a researcher on the economics of climate change and Calofornia's hydrogen freeway. Among other works, he is the author of "Agile Energy Systems: Global Lessons Learned from the California Energy Crisis", and a senior member and coordinating lead author of the Intergovernmental Panel of Climate Change (IPCC). The IPCC shared the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize with former Vice President of the United States Al Gore.
