Egyptian Italian

Egyptian Italians are people of Egyptian descent that presently reside, or have resided in Italy.

Due to the close proximity of the two countries, this has been a signifiable common phenomenon. The migration is not one way, as there are in fact more Italian Egyptians than there are Egyptian Italians.

The predominant religion of Egyptian Italians is Islam, although through the integration into strongly Catholic Italian society has also reasoned conversion as such.
