Lee Seung-hwan (born December 13, 1965) is a South Korean pop singer and rocker, songwriter and producer.

He was born in Busanjin-Gu, Busan Metropolitan City. Lee Seung-hwan released more than 10 different singles, albums and EPs that reached number one. This commercial success was repeated in South Korea; his own company, "DreamFactory", estimated that he has sold over 10 million records, including singles. Lee Seung-hwan is a first musician as a president of his company. Lee Seung-hwan's personal life has gained much attention from the media as a result of his stardom. His marriage to Chae Rim in 2003 received much publicity. The couple's divorce in 2006 was publicized. "Chakage Salja (Let's Live a Good Life)" is a fund-raising concert which singer, Seunghwan Lee hosts every year. Part of the money raised goes to Korean Childhood Leukemia Foundation.
