Mrs. T's Pierogies

Mrs. T's Pierogies is the leading mass market brand of pierogies in the United States. It is a product of Ateeco, Inc. based in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania.

The company was founded in 1952 by Ted Twardzik, a Shenandoah native, based upon a recipe of his mother, Mary Twardzik, who made them as a fundraiser for church suppers. One of the company's most popular promotions is the Great Pierogi Race at home games of the Pittsburgh Pirates of Major League Baseball.
