Phil King (born Philip King, 29 April 1960, London) is an English musician, best known for being the bass guitarist in Lush.

He joined Lush in 1992 before their second album "Split", and was with the band until they disintegrated in 1998. He would later join The Jesus and Mary Chain as a touring bass player. He currently plays bass in the bands The Fallen Leaves, with Robert Symmons (ex Subway Sect) and, sometimes, Paul Cook (ex Sex Pistols) and Les Hommes Responsables and plays guitar with Jim Reid.

King played the drums in Primal Scream's "Gentle Tuesday" music video.

He is currently freelancing as a picture researcher at UNCUT magazine, and is part of The Jesus and Mary Chain's current lineup.
