Cartouche is a British group whose biggest dance hit from 1991 was "Feel the Groove", which peaked at number 13 on May 18 in French Single Chart ["Feel the Groove", French Singles Chart [http://lescharts.com/showitem.asp?interpret=Cartouche&titel=Feel+The+Groove&cat=s Lescharts.com] (Retrieved January 26, 2008)] . The group also sang "Miracles", "Shame" and "Touch the Sky" (in 1994) which were all composed and produced by Serge Ramaekers.
