Frederick Helsher Rath (born January 5, 1973 in Dallas, Texas) is a retired Major League Baseball pitcher. He played during one season at the major league level for the Colorado Rockies. He was signed by the Minnesota Twins as an amateur free agent in by|1995. Rath played his first professional season with their Rookie league Elizabethton Twins in by|1995, and his last with the St. Louis Cardinals' Double-A New Haven Ravens and Triple-A Memphis Redbirds in by|2001.
