Diane Noomin (born 1947 in Brooklyn, New York) is an American comics artist associated with the underground comics movement, best known for her character Didi Glitz. She is the editor of the anthology series Twisted Sisters, and one of the original contributors to Wimmen's Comix. She has also done theatrical work, creating a stage adaptation of Didi Glitz. She is married to cartoonist Bill Griffith.

Noomin attended Brooklyn College and Pratt Institute. She won an Inkpot Award in 1992.[1] Noomin's work was also nominated for Eisner Awards for Best Anthology in 1992 and 1995.[2][3]
