50 Lions is a hardcore punk band from Byron Bay, New South Wales, Australia and are fast growing in the hardcore punk music scene.

History

In 2006 they released their self-titled 7" which sold out within 3 months of its release. Later that year they released their debut album "Nowhere To Run", through Washed Up Records. In 2006 they did a tour with fellow and now defunct Australian band I Killed The Prom Queen. [ [http://www.washeduprecords.com/news.html#WUR007 Washed Up Records :: News ] ] At the beginning of 2008 the band played alongside of Parkway Drive in 14 out of 15 dates to some less visited locations around Australia in the Surf Rat Tour. They have since released a Split CD with American hardcore band Down To Nothing.

Tours

Through there short career they have toured with recognisable bands such as Parkway Drive, I Killed The Prom Queen, Evergreen Terrace and Comeback Kid.
