"Redeye" is a radio program produced by an independent media collective at CFRO-FM, 102.7FM, a cooperative community radio station in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

History

The program has been on air for more than [http://www.vcn.bc.ca/redeye/collective.html 30 years] , and has operated as a collective for most of those.

Programming

Redeye offers three hours of independent and in-depth programming on culture, politics and activism, with a listener phone-in portion for public comment. The show is available as a podcast on [http://www.rabble.ca/rpn/subscribe.php?id=rey Rabble Radio] and is also archived at [http://www.radio4all.net/ radio4all.net] .

Awards

Redeye has received a number of radio awards, including the [http://www.ncra.ca/ 2003] "Standard Radio Award of Excellence" in the category of Programming Excellence from the National Campus and Community Radio Association.
