The eighth annual Soap Opera Digest Awards were held in 1992. The show was aired on NBC. It was hosted by Deidre Hall, Emma Samms, and George Hamilton. The show aired in Primetime for the first time. The "Days of our Lives" special One Stormy Night aired before the awards ceremony
