Ciprian Preda

Daniel Ciprian Preda is a Romanian born physicist and mathematician.

Career

Preda spent many years teaching teachers of mathematics in Europe, specifically Romania. Since 2006 he has taught at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Awards

In 1995, he won the silver medal in the International Physics Olympics. In 1996, he was one of the twenty winners of the gold in the same competition.
