Yathkyed Lake ("white swan") (sometimes known as "Haecoligua") [cite web |url=http://www.virtualmuseum.ca/pm.php?id=record_detail&fl=0&lg=English&ex=00000299&rd=164315 |title=SEQUEL, Annual Report year ended September 30, 1926 |publisher=Inuit Heritage Centre |location=Baker Lake, Nunavut |accessdate=2008-02-12] is located in northern Canada's Nunavut territory, one of several lakes on the Kazan River, between Angikuni Lake and Forde Lake. It is part of the Hearne Domain, Western Churchill province of the Churchill craton, which is the northwest section of the Canadian Shield.

Yathkyed lake was named by Sayisi Dene, historical barren-ground caribou hunters of the area. Caribou Inuit artifacts have also been found here.

The Yathkyed Sedimentary Basin is notable for its uranium/copper/molybdenum deposits. The Kaminak Gold Corporation has a mining stake in the area, owning approximately 200,000 acres.
