As described by the Fox Reality Channel in press releases, the premise of the show is "A steamy, comedic and explosive new game show in which five sexy girls are ranked in order of attractiveness by a panel of judges." The panel consists of three male judges.

At the end of the show, the tables are turned, and the judges must step out — stripped down to their skivvies — to be ranked by the girls.
