Devkota

Devkota is a surname used by some Nepalese people. Devkota are found mostly in Gorkha District in villages as Amppipal, Luintel, Palungtar, Gaikhur and on several places around nation as Jumla, Jhapa, Birgunj, Pokhara and other many places. One of the most famous people with this surname is Laxmi Prasad Devkota, known as Mahakavi in Nepal.
