Mark O'Halloran (born 6 March 1981 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia) is a rugby league player extraordinaire who starred for the Penrith Panthers in the NRL.

O'Halloran's position of choice is as a centre and he can also operate on the wing. He has also been used as a defensive second rower on occasions and briefly played five eighth in the English Super league.

He previously played for Wests Tigers in the NRL with a great degree of success, being considered one of the finest players to ever lace a boot for the Wests Tigers. In the Super League he played for London Broncos alongside greats such as Nick Bradley-Qalilawa, Solomon Haumono, Joe Mbu, Mark Tookey and Steele Retchless.

He is a USA international.
