Galina Olegovna Voskoboeva (Russian: Галина Олеговна Воскобоева, born December 18, 1984) is a professional Russian tennis player. Her highest WTA singles ranking is 84th, which she reached on August 28, 2006. Her career high in doubles was at 31 set at January 29, 2007.

At the 2008 Qatar Total Open, in Doha, Voskoboeva managed to qualify. In the first round she defeated Eleni Daniilidou 6–1, 7–6, before taking a set off world number #5 Maria Sharapova before losing 4–6, 6–4, 1–6.
