Rowena A. Morrill (born 1944) is well known in the world of
science-fiction and fantasyillustration . During a career that has spanned over 20 years, herpaintings have appeared on hundreds of book covers, oncalendars , portfolios,trading cards and inmagazines such asPlayboy and Omni.Books of her own work have included "The Fantastic Art of Rowena", "Imagine" (in
France ), "Imagination" (inGermany ), and "The Art of Rowena". She has also been included in many anthologies, such as, "Tomorrow and Beyond" and "Infinite Worlds". Morrill began her career inNew York City where she lived for 16 years. She presently lives in upstateNew York .During the
