The station was built by pioneer Utah broadcaster Arch Webb in 1947 with call sign KVOG - the "Voice of Ogden" and subsequently changed to KJQN on
1978-12-01 and changed on1993-06-28 to KJOE. The radio station was acquired by the Bible Broadcasting Network from US Bankruptcy Court in Salt Lake City, UT in 2004.
