Soraismus

Soraismus

In rhetoric, soraismus is the awkward use of different languages--often using a foreign term incorrectly or in an inappropriate situation.

*Example (from [http://humanities.byu.edu/rhetoric/Figures/S/soraismus.htm] ): His raison d'etre allows little quid pro quo with the hoi polloi.

Soraismus can also be used deliberately for humor.

*Example: After having too much Viagra he had a pro bono.
