Yacht XV 1 (hydrogen)

The Yacht XV 1 is a hydrogen sailing yacht, power-assisted by an electric motor that gets its electricity from a fuel cell. The debut was in March 2004 [ [http://www.fuelcellsworks.com/Supppage397.html Debute march 2004] ] at Ventura harbor, (Ventura, California).

Refueling

When under sail the propeller is used to generate 500 watt of electricity for the electrolysis of water.
