Southern Star Brewing Company is a microbrewery in Conroe, Texas. The president is Dave Fougeron, former head brewer of Saint Arnold Brewing Company. Southern Star Brewing Company's flagship beer is Pine Belt Pale Ale, an American-style Pale Ale that is roughly 6.5% ABV. They also offer "Logger", their summer seasonal beer which is a Dortmund-style lager.
