The 1994 Copa Iberoamericana was the first and only Copa Iberoamericana. It was played on 19 May and 25 May, 1994 between Real Madrid C.F. of Spain and Club Atlético Boca Juniors of Argentina. Real Madrid won the tie 4–3 on aggregate.
