Naveda started his career with Boca Juniors, where he spent two years between 1994 and 1996. After leaving, he moved to the
United States to play forMajor League Soccer sideNew England Revolution , where he spent two seasons. Spells inIsrael followed, with a year apiece at FC Ashdod and Hapoel Jerusalem. Naveda then moved toScotland and joinedScottish Premier League side Dundee United, where he made thirteen appearances. After leaving Tannadice and heading back to Israel, Naveda returned to Scottish football to play for United's neighbours, Dundee, but made only two appearances.
