Jason Anderson is a
musician fromNew Hampshire , USA, who also records as "Wolf Colonel". He is currently signed withK Records .In Autumn 2002, he went on a small UK club tour supporting Parva, the band that were later to become

Recently he has begun covering well-known pop songs in his sets as well (including
Little Red Corvette ,Ignition (Remix) , and Basket Case, among others). He has also begun touring with a backing band, made up of members (Thomas Abrams ,Timothy Showalter , andGregory Gover ) of Wilkes-Barre, PA'sStrand Of Oaks . He frequently performs in small venues, such as homes and backyards, in addition to clubs and bars. Recent tourmates and collaborators includeKimya Dawson ,Tiger Saw ,Harry and the Potters , and Thanksgiving (akaAdrian Orange ). He has amassed a small, very dedicated following, mostly from his high-energy and unpretentious live shows.Jason has recently released a slew of new music. Two new official albums,
The Hopeful and The Unafraid andLife Sucks Love Sucks Dose Out , were released this spring, each sold with a bonus album (Wilderness, Etc., and Thug Poet). From 10/27/07 to 3/20/08, he attempted to write a song each day, the results of which can be downloaded for free from the ECA Records website.
