Nicola Bell is an English former actress.

Her first acting role was as Debbie Dobson in the British children's television series Byker Grove in the early 1990s. She played the sister of Nicola Dobson over 25 episodes between 1990 and 1993.^[1]

Her only other known role was as Candice in a 1995 episode of Kavanagh QC.
