9964 Hideyonoguchi is a main belt asteroid. It orbits the Sun once every 3.88 years. [cite web|url = http://ssd.jpl.nasa.gov/sbdb.cgi?sstr=9964;orb=0;cov=0;log=0#elem|title = 9964 Hideonoguchi (1992 CF1)|work = JPL Small-Body Database Browser]

Discovered on February 13, 1992 by T. Seki, it was given the provisional designation "mp|1992 CF|1". It was later renamed "Hideyonoguchi" after Hideyo Noguchi, a bacteriologist who made important advances in medicine working at the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research.
