Ryan Devon Torain (born 1986-08-10 in city-state|Topeka|Kansas) is an American football running back for the Denver Broncos in the National Football League. He was drafted by the Broncos in the fifth round of the 2008 NFL Draft. He played college football for Arizona State.

Early years

Torain attended Shawnee Mission Northwest High School in Shawnee Mission, Kansas and was a student and a letterman in football, basketball, and track & field. In football, as a senior, he was a first team All-League selection and an All-State Class 6A selection. Ryan Torain graduated from Shawnee Mission Northwest High School in 2004.
